The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. To me this image reflects the transition ... solid rock to the mistiness of the low clouds and dusting of snow. I took this photo at a rock slide just off the the Icefields Parkway between Jasper and the Columbia Icefields. It was late September and even though Old Man Winter was already introducing himself, I was captivated by the scene.
