I was pet sitting and decided to pass some time creating a 'still life'. Everything was set ... but just before I took the photo Curious Cat jumped into the scene.

The preceding quotation encompasses some of my feelings about Life. Writing. Photography. These hobbies offer me a sense of joy and inner peace. I'm happy when my work touches another person's life in some way ... large or small. The years fly by, often bringing us the gifts of 'wisdom' and 'compassion'. I'm grateful for each new day.
