Artist's Description
We've been here for several hours ... simply observing the variety of waterfowl gathering at the small lake, a "staging" point for the next leg of their migration. Such a long journey lays before them. This flock of Canada Geese was heading out to neighbouring grain fields and their honking tonight sounds so peaceful. Singing along with them is a family of coyotes, not too far away.
