Our Golden was watching the people across the street as they shoveled their sidewalk. She is our "canine kid" -- definitely a member of the family. I volunteer for a rescue organization and couldn't help but think of dogs who have been abused ... abandoned. Animals with a lot of love to give .... if they're given a "Second Chance".
