Artist's Description
A friend from Ireland was visiting so the boat tour was the way a group of us spent one day. He sat up top, enjoying the sunshine, the heat, the peace. He's normally an active guy so it was interesting to see him sitting quietly ... I couldn't help but wonder if the boots would help him to slip into the water to liven things up a little.
About Rhonda McDougall
"Come, sit with me my dear Friend. Let's talk of old times while not dwelling in the Past. Let's share the Present moments with joy. Let's dream of the Future, which is full of possibility." The preceding quotation encompasses some of my feelings about Life. Writing. Photography. These hobbies offer me a sense of joy and inner peace. I'm happy when my work touches another person's life in some way ... large or small. The years fly by, often bringing us the gifts of 'wisdom' and 'compassion'. I'm grateful for each new day. Hi Laurie, A friend from Ireland was visiting so the boat tour was the way a group of us spent one day. He sat up top, enjoying the sunshine, the heat, the peace. He's normally an active guy so it was interesting to see him sitting quietly ... I couldn't help but wonder if the boots would help him to slip into the water to liven things up a little. By the way, he stayed on board ............ :-)
